Tortellini with Cream


Ingredients for 4 people
400 g of Nonna Gina tortellini
250 ml of cream
Parmesan to taste
Butter 70g
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Cook the fresh or frozen tortellini in abundant salted water until they have risen to the surface, making sure they are still al dente.
Melt about 20 grams of butter in a pan, add the tortellini and a third of the cream, stirring gently; then add the rest of the butter and cream and turn off the stove after mixing everything well.
Distribute the tortellini on the plates, grind a little white pepper, if desired, and serve immediately in table with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
