Tortellini alla boscaiola

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 gr of Nonna Gina's tortellini
  • 200 gr of mixed mushrooms
  • 50 gr of diced cooked ham
  • 1 onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Parmesan to taste


Fry the finely chopped onion with the olive oil in a pan. Add the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper and flavor with a pinch of nutmeg.
Cook over low heat for about three minutes.
Add the diced ham and cook for about two more minutes.

In the meantime, boil the tortellini in abundant salted boiling water, cook as long as necessary, drain and pour them into the pan with the hot sauce.

Mix well and serve with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
